I lived here for 5 years (2020-2025). The first 4 were fine, my unit was in the swampiest part of the complex so we constantly had bugs and our patio was unusable, but other than that it was fine. It was frustrating that we were being charged the same amount for this unit as the rent for the newer units near the front of the complex, but what can ya do. At the end of 2024 my unit flooded at 3 in the morning. I was on the ground floor, and the 2nd floor unit's toilet intake line burst. Water poured from the ceiling starting in one of the bathrooms and eventually from every light fixture and sprinkler fitting in the unit. My experience living in west creek village apartment has been extremely disappointing. The unit where I was living have a noticeable smell, and I was not allowed to see the actual apartment before signing the lease. As soon as I moved in and completed the move-in inspection, the walls began cracking, and it took over six months for management to fix both the ceiling and wall cracks. The deck was covered in algae, and the building manager unprofessionally told me to clean it myself. I had to escalate the issue to Petinaro management and provide video evidence before anything was done. Our time at West Creek Village Apartments was deeply disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. While the location is convenient, nearly everything else about our experience was negative — and in some cases, outright disrespectful. First and foremost, the building manager treated my wife with clear and repeated disrespect during her pregnancy. Instead of offering any consideration or support, they routinely ignored our calls, forcing us to go in person just to get basic questions answered or request urgent repairs. It felt like we were being deliberately screened. Speaking of repairs — every maintenance issue we encountered was either delayed by several weeks or poorly handled. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. The new office staff is kind and caring and works hard to meet the needs of every tenant. We are now in our 8th year of living here and can't imagine living anywhere else!! We love West Creek!

I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the all time worst apartment living experience I've ever had, and I lived in several apartment complexes. The day I moved in there was damaged hardware in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Cabinet doors were literally hanging from their hinges. The carpet which was disgusting separated from the foyer into the rest of the home at every intersection leading to a horrible cleaning experience because I had to be diligent about not vacuuming the carpet strings, there were obvious paint "fixes" where the white didn't match and paint was slapped on everything from the towels bars in the bathroom to the one tiny ceiling fan in the living room, there were dings in the walls, the window coverings were the absolute cheapest that can be bought and
