Glen Creek Apartments

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE WALK PASS INSTEAD OF CLEANING WITH A SNOW BLOWER THEY USE 2 PEOPLE TO CLEAN THE SNOW TO THE WHOLE PLACE. I HAD A VERY URGENT DR APPOINTMENT AND it WAS NOT CLEAN MY SON AND I FELL. I HURT MY THUMB AND I MISSED THE APPOINTMENT. ALSO PEOPLE DONT CLEAN AFTER THEIR DOGS. THIS TIME AND AGE THEY SHOULD HAVE A BETTER EQUIPMENT TO CLEAN THE WALK PASS, NOT TWO PERSON WITH SHOVELS.

Maintenance is always great each one of them and every single time quick, and nice and efficient Mary in the office is always so nice every time I call her. I wanted to update my review after the recent snow storm, the maintenance workers worked tirelessly to ensure safety during the snow storm snow very hard workers I can’t thank them enough this place has became a same haven for me and my family thanks to all the staff

Hi Glen Creek Apartments, I’ve been living here for seven years, and I need to let you know about an issue with accessibility. My mother is very ill and in a wheelchair, and it’s very hard for me to get her in and out of the apartment. There’s a big step at my the entrance, and the curb makes it difficult to safely use her wheelchair to get in and out of the car. I’m asking if a ramp can be added or if there’s another solution so she can safely access the apartment. Please let me know how we can work this out. Thank you, Bernadette Jackson

Living at Glen Creek Apartments has been a wonderful experience! I want to give a special shoutout to Mary Anne and Stephanie Myers both of them are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. From the very beginning, they made everything smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team is also fantastic they’re quick to respond and always get the job done right. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels like a safe, welcoming place to call home. The entire staff, from the front office to maintenance, truly cares about the residents. If you’re looking for a place that’s not just an apartment but a real community, Glen Creek is the place to be. Thank you to everyone on the team for making this such a great place to live!

THE MANAGER MARY ANN WAS AMAZING, I felt she answered every question, explained everything clearly so there was no surprises. She did an excellent job and deserves kudos for it. She was also warm & empathetic. I can't wait to become a resident!
