Iron Ridge and Stonegate Apartments

The office staff is great. They made the move in process so simple. There were a few things I noticed in my apartment and maintenance came out right away. Layken fixed everything the same day. I have a great view of the pond. Love the upgrades in my apartment. Very happy overall with the experience.

I accepted a position affiliated with UD in Newark, and looked at various places in the Newark/Wilmington area and was just so disappointed. Iron Ridge and Stonegate came recommended to me at the last minute, and I managed to get a viewing in. Shakia was absolutely exceptional to work with—she welcomed me with warmth, personally got to know me, and showed me apartments that fit me & my husband’s needs. Our move-in process was so seamless, and even when we had various requests and questions come up the day we moved in, Shakia and team sent maintenance immediately to assist us, and patiently answered our questions. We are so thankful to be here and have truly delighted in the process of working with Shakia and the Iron Ridge and Stonegate Apartment team!

I moved to Stone gate few months ago and had an issue with my clogged sink and Dryer recently maintenance came soon as they could to fix my issue, management is great they answer my questions at a timely manner. Love how it’s close to everything especially 95. I referred this place to my friends and family. Definitely love the flat rate for my water bill

My partner and I toured some units today, and we were genuinely SO excited and happy as we left. Shakia was beyond helpful, so sweet, down to earth, and willing to help by answering any questions we had. The units were beautiful, they felt like a breath of fresh air, and the kindness we were shown by Shakia really made a lasting impression. We’re really looking forward to potentially leasing here!

I live here, and there is so much trash around. Amanda Sartin, the apartment manager, is the rudest person I have ever met. She will blame and yell at you for everything. The ongoing trash isn't my issue, but the apartment complex needs to handle it and clean up the trash throughout the entire complex. They also need to get management that actually cares about their residents. AION management, please read, please clean up the trash!!!!
