Pine Hill Apartments

6 years ago I moved to these apartments from Washington state i am a heavy equipment operator i was supposed to be working for 2 years straight in delaware unfortunately my employer died and I had to return back to Washington state I only lasted 1 week living in that apartment I was very happy 😀 Since I hit Maryland I submitted my application, the manager was extremely friendly, professional pretty good service she called me the next day I was already living in my apartment I forgot to leave my experience I highly recommend this place I can only give them 5 stars if I could I would give it 10 😁 Nice and clean place!! I lived here and I loved it! I had personal circumstances that I had to move. Property manager Becky is just awesome. She goes out of her way to do what is necessary, if anything. Mike in maintenance is also great. I hated leaving here and would move back if my circumstances changed. 😊😊😊

Renters BEWARE ... This place is an absolute terror . My hot water shuts off every other week . Trash strewn throughout the property . My neighbors ceiling fell in Mike the Maintainence man removed the dry wall just to leave it out side nails and all . And lastly They charge 25$ just to pay online . Spend your money elsewhere do not get stuck here ..

This is a great place to live. The neighbors are quiet, the property manager is friendly and helpful, and when you have maintenance issues help is there quickly. The apartments are clean and have plenty of closet space. I would recommend Pine Hill to anyone, from families with children to senior citizens.

Had a prior review before actually making contact with Becki, the property manager; my views have changed drastically! I find her to be extremely resourceful, kind,empathetic,and informative. This appears to be a great place to lease with.
