Great place to live. Katelyn is so nice and professional and really takes care of her residents.

I have lived here for about four months, and I am very pleased with my stay. The parking is ample, the owner never bother anyone regarding parking. It's never an issue here and you are never afraid your car will be towed. The noise level is very low, the neighbors are quiet and there is never loud music or party. The windows do a good job at keeping the noise level down. I never hear anything from my neighbors. The isolation is phenomenal, apartment is never too cold and the heater barely turns on. Saves a lot on electric bills. Staff are friendly and respect your privacy. They never try to go into your apartment and setup fun events for you. Although I never go but it's still really nice. I lived here for about 9 months with my parents and my 2 dogs. We all very much enjoyed our time here, we loved the apartment. The pool was very nice and the dog park and trees all around were beautiful. I had gotten at job at Bruster's ice cream so the location couldn't be more perfect. The apartment it's self was nice, bathrooms we're great, nice size kitchen and living/dinning room and the balcony was our absolute favorite. We were able to keep a tiny garden and flowers out there and the railing was plenty high enough so there was no concern of us or our dogs falling at all. The washer, dryer and stove had a few issues during our time there but the owners were relatively quick about all repairs and maintenance. My family and I have lived here for 4 years now. West Chase is a wonderful place to live. Clean, quiet and close to everything. Absolutely amazing staff, too. I love they get the community together every few months for games, bowling or pool parties. If you are looking into apartments, this is the place!

I currently live here. When we first moved in, the first 6 months was amazing and honestly it was a pleasant place to live. Until....We figured out that our apartment had severe water damage and now has MOLD because it flooded before we moved in, due to a plumbing issue and a hot water heater. They did not replace anything like cabinets or baseboards due to the water damage! We found out because I asked maintenance about the damage I found, and they told us they already knew about the water damage issue!! But they did not fix it! Maintenance only does band-aid fixes and doesn't fix anything the correct way the first time, it took them until the fifth or sixth time you call and complain about it to actually get it fixed. We have also discovered that if they move new neighbors in above your
