We are glad we chose Raybrook Homes to repair damages to our home after Helene. We contacted Raybrook Homes on Friday during Helene, and they were onsite Monday to look at the repairs and give us a quote. From start to finish, Raybrook Homes was there with feedback from our requests and attention to detail. They helped us by working with our homeowner’s insurance adjuster to secure a quote that adequately covered all needed repairs at today’s market value; and they listened and met every request. The repairs look great and we are completely satisfied with our results. We highly recommend Raybrook Homes and would use them again for future home repairs or upgrades.

The Raybrook team did an incredible job on our bathroom remodel. They worked with our design ideas and completed the project exactly how we wanted. The team were punctual, often arriving before 8am each day, and worked diligently to complete the project on time. Great communication from start to finish and really well organized. The whole project was amazing! They removed a load bearing wall and completely redid the floors and a bathroom. It looks like a whole new house! The project went so smoothly and everything happened on time. Everyone who was in our home was friendly and respectful. From start to finish I could not be happier with the job done!

I purchased a Raybrook constructed home about a year ago. I would say the quality of work is at par. Where I have issues is with warranty, if anyone reached out with a warranty repair.... good luck getting a response. Have had 7 items that need fixed for about 8 months now and I get empty promises when trying to contact them. RARELY get responses, if at all.
