The apartments are really nice! The inside and outside are very appealing, but there are a lot of rules, like a lot! As far as management, I only spoke to Someone named Denise. She didn’t care to get my name right, and once she found out my applications process would be slowed, her attitude changed and she became very short with our conversations. I wish I could have spoke to the other leasing consultants, then my review may have been different. The apartments are really lovely tho.

I love it here. The staff ( Precious) is so incredibly on point. The property is kept very well. People pick up their dog poo and place it in the poo bin. The pool is kept clean, the complex is quiet. It's really a nice place to live. The only thing that would make it better would be a dog enclosure for them to run or play with other dogs. Still, 5 + stars.

This place and apartments are freaking 😍. I love everything about it. The security, the Layout. So clean and Safe Area. And plenty of Stores to be close too for Convenient shopping. Soon as you walk in you are Greeted by a Beautiful,Kind Agent Precious Williams. Also Natalie, Ashley,Greg, Travis are Great Staff👏🏽 . They Definitely did good on this Location 💯😁. Hopefully when I come back to Greer SC. My next home will be there 👌🏽
