Good experience, it was a quick move in. I got my keys and found my move-in packet on the kitchen counter along with a few extra, thoughtful touches! The rolls of paper towels and toilet paper and the little soaps at every sink were nice! The apartment was clean, smelled fresh and was ready for me to move in. I’ve lived a lot of places and I was pleasantly surprised that the place was clean. I’ve not always had that experience so thank you Quanna and Nick!

Our maintenance staff is attentive, polite, and always caring. Of course, Wilson would get a top 5! We don’t thank him enough! I appreciate the whole staff here at Redwood! Thank you!

I booked a tour online, which doesn’t appear to link with the actual office. I finally got through to someone in the office who said they weren’t aware of the showing. They did come right away and were very apologetic. The showing was great and very informative. Redwood is at the top of my list for rentals.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience! Nick was extremely professional. Educated me on the homes for rent and different aspects of the neighborhood. I truly appreciate everything I learned and hope to make a decision soon.

Requesting maintenance services couldn't be easier and the maintenance tech is the nicest and the best I've had complete any request. Wilson is skilled in everything we've needed to be done and is usually completed the next day. He always has a smile, even if you see him after hours, and is truly a great guy.
