Wesley Hampstead Apartments at Douglasville

I toured the community with Lacey and had a wonderful experience. She took her time asking thoughtful questions and never made me feel rushed. Lacey was very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire tour. She made sure to address the size of the apartment I needed and asked if I had any specific requirements. She also ensured everything fit within my budget. The apartment itself was fresh, clean, and move-in ready, which made the experience even better.

I came back just to leave a review. Michelle comes very prejudice . When I stayed there I hated my experience. I hated living there. The home is beautiful, but you could tell family works in the leasing office and they were poorly trained. they were always at the pool so it was never a time you could just really get in and be comfortable Michelle told my high risk Pregnant sister when she was at the pool relaxing that The Google review that was made we were doing defamation of character because of how we felt treated, And my sister didn’t even write the review. I’m not sure what changes have taken place recently, but my experience has significantly declined, particularly regarding maintenance response and office communication. (This is not the first issue it's my most recent with new staff and changes.) The first time my refrigerator stopped working, all of my groceries spoiled. After nearly three days without being contacted, I emailed to the office to ask what the plan was, as no one had reached out to me. Following that email, a supervisor was sent to assess the refrigerator. He stated that he fixed the issue; however, he did not listen to my concerns and did not seem to fully understand what I was explaining. Moved in 3/2025, rent 1700 water spots all over the ceiling. They attempted to patch the holes before move in but you can see the spots all over the apartment . Mold in the bathroom, apartment wasn’t painted, rug wasn’t shampooed. A rush job sad The liens and the pantry door both fell off the hinges and fell on me. The manager asked me why didn’t I run before the door fell knowing I’ve had two spine surgeries Girl run where? This apartment over priced for all of these issues. since the new management has taken over they make it uncomfortable complaining about minor things that are not big deal , they will go as low as listening at your door, snooping around looking for anything to complain about yet i have a neighbor who has a bbq grill on his patio right now!!!! Which is against policies yet they have not said anything they are all from the same ethnic background as well so they favor there own people and turn a blind eye to what there doing here. No i don't recommend no one moving here if you want peace and privacy .
