I WILL NOT BE RESIGNING WITH valera Riverside! Honestly…..! I’m not sure why I overlooked this complex for two years now but they have everything that I need! The unit was very spacious. The rent is reasonable (compared to other complexes in the area) Jazmine was great, answered all my questions with ease! The property actually fits my family’s needs with double sinks in the Master bathroom, large rooms, and a spacious patio!

UPDATE: It's been over 3 months since my review and no changes have been made to the cracked pavement immediately entering the complex or the busted speed bumps throughout the property as the complex stated they were working on. The breezeways haven't been blown or pressure washed in a while. It's embarassing to have guests come over with the breezeways stained with trash residue and markings from where trash has been drug down the hall. There are also different colored bulbs placed in the lightposts throughout the complex, some even being cobalt blue (the road leading straight through the gate). My husband and I came for a tour and viewed a couple different floor plans, they were all really nice we fell in love with the Blue Ridge floor plan. So we applied and let me tell you, the entire application process was EASY! It was handled very professionally. They stayed on top of it and communicated if any information was missing or needed. A few days later we got approved got the keys the same day of approval and moved in the next day! Now our experience of living here for the past three months has been peaceful, our neighbors are respectful and nice, the grounds are kept clean and presentable. I wanted to wait until I had lived here a full year before leaving a review, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The apartment itself has been well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable. I haven’t had any major issues, and any minor maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally. The management team is responsive and courteous, and the community feels safe and peaceful. Parking has never been an issue, and the amenities are clean and well-kept. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. It's been a solid place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable apartment.

The property itself is gorgeous, but the management sucks. My car was broken into twice while I lived there and then stolen. The people who works in. The office are cahoots with people who are breaking into peoples apartments.
