Villas at West Ridge

I have been staying at Villas for almost a year now and so far so good. It’s quiet, nice community events through out the year, and the gate always works! Which is a plus. Jeremy Smith the maintenance worker goes above and beyond to help keep the apartments in order.He does what he needs to do, professional, easy to get in contact/hold of if you need him. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

My boyfriend and I have been staying at Villas at West Ridge for two years now. We have never met a better leasing staff member than Carole!!! She is truly remarkable when it comes to handling our unit. Her empathy and compassion really makes your stay here one of a kind. As a young couple figuring out life, I don’t know how much I can recommend Villas at West Ridge. Thank you Carole!

My wife and I had a great experience with the leasing office specially Carole who is amazing, she went went the extra mile helping us find a new unit in our budget to transfer over. She is professional, and always willing to answer my questions. The community is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I moved here last month and encountered some issues (as with any apartment complex) and Carole addressed my issues day one. I’ve have other complexes and landlords that dragged their feet, but not Carole she made sure I had everything that I needed from the day I signed the lease. My stay here has been good! Not to mention, they have spacious 3 bedrooms!!! Thank you so much Carole!
