Manchester Place Apartments

I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE LEASE HERE. If I could rate this apartment complex a 0 star I would. After moving to Manchester there have been a whole host of issues that even after 3 weeks into living here weren’t solved. Here’s a list below: -The kitchen and pantry had water damage on the baseboards and floor. Hallway all the way around where the water heater is had water damage on the baseboards and floor. -The dishwasher had been damaged since I moved in and the top rack was rusted with pins broken and needed to be replaced. I put in a maintenance request but only the bottom rack was replaced which was also damaged, missing a wheel and the lower spray arm was blocking the rack from being pulled out. -The counters in the kitchen had peeling damage on the front -There was wall damage in multipl

⭐ 1 STAR – DO NOT RENT HERE I am beyond disappointed with Manchester Apartments. Since moving in, my unit has been infested with roaches and it has been an ongoing nightmare. No one should have to live like this. I pay rent on time every month and the bare minimum I expect is a clean, livable environment—yet management has failed to provide even that. I’ve reported the issue and instead of real solutions, I’ve received excuses and empty promises. The roaches are in the kitchen, bathroom, and even areas that have been cleaned repeatedly. It’s embarrassing to invite anyone over and absolutely unacceptable for the price they charge. The lack of urgency, lack of care, and lack of proper pest control is shocking. If you are considering moving here, PLEASE think twice. Save yourself the stress

⭐️ 1 STAR – DO NOT MOVE HERE I am extremely upset and disappointed with Manchester Place Apartments. My belongings have been damaged due to a serious bug infestation, and management has done absolutely nothing in a timely manner to fix the issue. When I moved in, it was NOT like this. Out of nowhere, bugs started appearing everywhere — and not just one or two. There are SO MANY that it is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. This did not happen because of me. This is a building-wide issue, and it’s clear that proper pest control is not being enforced. I have reported the problem and they still have not come by, yet my personal items are already damaged. I’ve had such a great experience at Manchester Apartments! The buildings are beautiful, well-maintained, and have a modern, welcoming feel. The interiors are clean, stylish, and truly make it feel like home. The community here is friendly and comfortable, which makes living here even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Tashanna—she did an amazing job helping me through the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Her support made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Manchester Apartments!

THIS PLACE IS A ROACH HOTEL ! I can say when I first moved in I never had this issue ! But now baby hell nahhhhhh . I have asked other tenants in my building and they said it’s the same for them !! I get pest control weekly I’m not sure how to stop this manner but I will be contacting the owner of these apartments because nobody cares !
