My wife and I have any from Wendy for about 14 years. Never had no issues with her she's a great person good personality. She'll work with you if you need her to overall I think she's one of the best landlords in the area.

I put in a application for a place about 4 days ago and still haven't heard back. She also will not let you see anything until you are approved. She's getting here 30 dollars one way or the other.
