They not posting my review but if your thinking about staying here don’t especially if your not used to chaotic atmospheres not a place for kids. Not going to go into complete detail since my review keeps getting deleted 🤣. But please chose anywhere but here. Also had to pay $400 for my car bc the office can’t do their job when it comes to anything still waiting for a new dishwasher going on almost a year and a half.

Apathetic! In reading ALL the posted reviews, 99% are spot on and before you discount a comment as sour grapes, you need to realize that the place is just a pimple on the face of downtown Thomasville. Please sign your lease with open eyes, wide open eyes. Thank you for reading.

My granddaughter went outside today and her car was towed. No where on the lease did it say you have to have a parking sticker. Now she has to pay $400 to get it out. So be aware if you go to this apartment complex you stand a chance of getting your car towed. I have NEVER heard of a resident having to have a parking sticker!

I stopped by and wanted to see one to check it out but not one was available. I’m seeing many bad reviews however; they’re 2-7 years ago. Could someone give me an updated review so I know what to look forward to. I’ve read about roaches, weed smells, water coming in off the brick and damage property and ppl getting hurt, cars being towed, maintenance slacking, staff slacking and nvr answering phones etc….. I really like what I saw but this is a definite need to know. Please

My car was towed illegally. I have an active lease. My car tags are active and they do no expire until 11/30/ 2024. My car's registration and insurance is current. My car is drivable. I have met with GOTCHA TOWING company and they tried to contact BIG Chair lofts to get my vechicle release to me.. However, no one was available at property's manager office to answer the phone. Therefore, I have been to property's manager in person two times and left written notes for them to contact me. Susquently, I made numerous attempts to get in touch with a property manager. I went to the police and the magistrate office and they told me this illegal if I have a current lease, current Driver's license, current tags, current registration and current insurance. I am waiting for a response from a proper
