I have rented with them for 2 years. While they of course want the rent paid. Just like we want our paychecks. However they are the kindest and understanding people i have ever rented from. I will stay with them as long as I can. There is one downfall. They represent the actual landlord and he is not to good on keeping up with repairs. Jaime Osborne

Safe to say please don't rent from them. They don't want to fix anything that goes wrong in their places. I lived in his place for 5 years. No repairs were ever done. He was only worried about the money for rent. I was living with mold growing inside the house due to moisture damage. By the time I moved out the floors and ceilings were falling down. So much mold I found mushrooms growing under the sinks. He was told about all these problems when I first moved in. Yet nothing was ever done!! Don't rent from him. You will be putting ur health at risk!!!

They have been very prompt if I needed any help and assistance to fix any damages with my rental property . They did take time to find a tenant to rent and I had to intervene as this property is easily rentable and there shouldn’t be any reason for it to be vacant . Other than that, I have nothing but respect for them.

I rented for almost 6 years. Concerns are not addressed in a timely manner. Appliances like heating or air have not been properly fixed and stop working. The steps needed to be completely redone and were not. I had to deep clean before moving in myself .

We were thinking about renting a house. They would not answer my questions ahead of time. The house had been trashed with tons of trash and filthy carpets. I asked when it would be clean It really needed aired out. We were told as soon as we turned on the water. Really? The wanted rent, deposit, and utilities turned on in renters name before they would've clean up the house. I said so you are going to clean up some one else's mess at my expense? The owner smarted off "you are going to turn the water on, aren't you?" Prior to that the very rude receptionists told me to take the application home, rather than filling it out then. Meanwhile, a couple with an eviction and bad credit were treated like royalty. After you pay $10 for application, you can bet you have to pay more for a credit check
