We had numerous complaints about our breaker box and heat, which were ignored despite repeated requests for repairs. When we raised the issue about the breaker box, the landlord insisted nothing was wrong. Well, the breaker box MELTED, displacing us during Christmas, and they refused to provide any assistance. Not only did we lose nearly $2,000 in damages from living there, but we were left with a $300 Duke Energy bill just for the week when the breaker box emitted a foul smell!
