Best experience possible with Hepler Realty selling my Mother's home. Easy to reach and answered all my questions. This is the second house Nathan has sold for me. He goes out of his way to make things work out. Would not consider using another agency.

Nathan did a fantastic job helping us sell our house. He took great care throughout the entire process to be sure we understood what was going on. Very helpful and knowledgeable regarding real estate transactions and is an excellent communicator. Would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

October 3, 2025: It's been 5 days since I emailed Mr. Smith on his listing using the email address specified on the Hepler Realty website where his phone number is listed too. The next morning, Monday, September 29, I called Mr. Smith. He didn't answer so I left a message explaining why I was calling and asked if he could give me a call back. To this day, I've not received any acknowledgement from Mr. Smith. So, I went on the Hepler Realty website and used their form to Contact Us that afternoon. I received an automated reply email with "... We're looking forward to serving you, and we'll be in touch soon!". There have been no replies from any of my inquires. Nathan helped me thru a home purchase that he made very smooth, and even bought me a home warranty! Very knowledgeable in what to look for, as I was a single mom of four. Will use Hepler Realty the next time I buy or sell.
