Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with this company. First off, the communication is beyond horrible. I’ve called the office phone and cell phone numbers listed and left voicemails. It took a week or so to get a response concerning my interest in renting a space and response only happened because I chose to send a text message explaining that I’ve reached out on numerous occasions. Despite all of that, their website advertises that they have available suites, I was told by Ms. Wendy that there were no suites available. After providing screenshots from their website showing availability, she still insisted there was none. Eventually, she offered a smaller space, after being told there wasn’t any availability which was not what I needed as a medically certified Acne Keloida

They will blame you for everything and put in minimal effort. Very emotional and volatile people. Wendy will never pick up the phone after signing a contract to manage your property. And her helpers are just as difficult to deal with. One saving grace is that they did not give me issues transitioning to another company. But I cannot give them credit for anything else. 3 months and they only found one tenant throught salvation army. I still have 3 empty units.

Negative stars review if that was even possible. Please do yourself a favor and make this company your last resort when needing a rental. Viewing the property before paying the application fee was not an option and the pictures did not reflect the in person condition. The place was destroyed and that's being nice about the condition. Very unprofessional and down right terrible business... Reply to Wendy's update: Did it ever occur to you that I only wanted the duplex I applied for? Of course it did because I said that up front. You tried validating a trashed duplex in the words that it wasn't ready yet but online status states available 7/1 and published pictures are listed online to see the place before applying. Best rental I have ever had. Excellent communication and very courteous. They never have a NO for any of your questions or requests. Affordable prices and great home options.

Welcome Home has been managing my townhouse for a while now and Jennifer has been great. Anytime I have a question or repair she responds right away. I haven’t had to wait days for a response or a repair. Also, when she makes an appointment with me, she is always on time. Every interaction I’ve had with Jennifer has been a pleasant experience.
