So we started dealing with Krystal Kirkman last spring. We were living in Philadelphia and we happen across a couple of her properties my significant other spoke with her from London she was absolutely nothing but sweet charming professional and welcoming. I dealt with Krystal Kirkman on the purchase of our current home she was upfront she was honest she was sincere And a very true pleasure to work with not only did she sell us our house but she helped organize several construction cruise to help rebuild this house to include roofing drywall electrical so unfortunately this person that says Krystal Kirkman is unprofessional I do beg to differ she is absolutely Wonderful and we are so appreciative every day we wake up in our new house.

I rented from Krystal for years. She is the best real estate agent, landlord, and human I know. She went out of her way to pay my best friends rent when she was going through her cancer treatments and couldn't work. If I ever needed anything in the rental home, Krystal made sure I had it. She never bothered me at all. 10/10 recommend her as a landlord or real estate agent. If you're looking for a home, she will take care of you and probably even end up being your friend!

Rented from Krystal for almost two years before she sold me my now home and can assure she fixes any issue the very soonest she can and answered any questions I had. When I first came to her about renting I told her I wanted to buy soon and followed the steps she gave me and she then sold me my first home not even two years later! She wouldn’t put someone somewhere she wouldn’t live and if I ever need help with another house I won’t go anywhere else. She cares about each and every client I can personally assure you!

If you are looking for a very good realtor, Krystal has your key! She helped me buy my home and later sell it. She was very patient throughout and went above and beyond with explaining and breaking this process down to me as a first time home buyer. Always very friendly, reassuring and extremely helpful. I’ve even called her before with questions my mom had about her home and even though this didn’t benefit Krystal at all she still took the time to answer the questions and help her out.
