I expected nothing but expertise, but only found manipulation. Personally, I feel I was taken advantage of by being convinced the house I was purchasing was a good investment for my family. Carla explained how the process worked and what to expect. Carla went above and beyond the scope of being an agent, and treated my house as if it were on own. Before, during and after renovations were made to the house, she was there. She kept me in the loop about everything taking place. My experience over the past 2 1/2 years with Town & Country Realty has been awful. As far as property managers are concerned, they are in my opinion, useless and do not ensure the property is being taken care of by renters and failed to check for damages. I attempted to sell my house through them and the agent failed on many levels to give me an honest assessment of my property due to the damage caused by renters and managed by their agency. It wasn't until I personally went to inspect the house when I saw the damage to the house, which cost me approximately $4000.00 to repair. As long as they have a renter in the house and they are receiving their 10% of the rent, all is good. When I attempted to question them on their practices, the receptionist became very condescending like they didn't
