Little River Landings

I recently called to see if they have any townhomes available for later on in the year. (The ones that not spoken for yet) and the young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude she stated over the phone “we don’t just hand out homes to everyone that calls, you have to get in line like the rest of the ppl those homes are spoken for already” last time I checked it was whoever put the deposit down first get the homes. I came deposit ready to move in the first one they had available next. Will not waste my time here again!!

I am not a resident out there just yet but when me and my son checked out the apartments they so nice and I would love to live over there at a peace and quiet place where I can sleep in my bed without hearing all these extra noise and stuff like that and I’m at peace my application is not done and all I have to do is finish my application and go from there but it’s nice and peaceful I hate what I like

Lordy I called like 3 times thinking I'm calling the office but I guess it was the cell phone of the property manager and apparently I interrupted her manger meeting . Very unprofessional. Im not happy at all . It wasnt no hello it was straight I'm in a meeting u can leave a VM and I can get back with u .

Was out there to help my cousin move in beautiful on the inside rooms are a small though
