when I used this place it was a horrible experience there was a huge roach problem and they tried to blame me I came from Germany with nothing in the house yet then I found them all in the back of the fridge and coming from the roof which had water damage the roof leaked every time it rained they would just patch it they did the for a whole year had a gas heater where you can smell the gas Everytime they would say something came lose did that for a year til it died

Cheap homes, fairly easy application approval. They charge app fee. Think its 5 or 10$ dont remember exactly. Maintenance team is a little slow on the draw. Been know to have grass not get cut for 6 weeks at a time. When they rehab a home for next person. Its a real quick once over. Horrible painting abilities. If you have bugs they say they will spray. But they haven't yet. Had to exterminate myself. If you fix anything in the home its a gift to them. They will not take anything off rent. However if your a long time tenant. They will give you a rent break after couple years. Lady in office is fairly nice. But im sure she deals w alot of people. Most homes are in lower income areas. Some are in nicer. But few and far between. Over all if ya need a place. Give them a shot. But if your credi

Best place to rent been here for awhile and plan on staying they are so great and wonderful help you and fix anything when you need it I give 10 star's

Good rental company. They take care of maintenance, answer the phone, and prices are fair.
