Awful apartment group. Will exploit you and let you get assaulted by rowdy tenants, and then they'll take your deposit. Steer clear.
Please be aware ! -They will waste your time and money go else we’re took them several days to get back in touch with me in and even better they sent an email instead of calling to clear any confusion. they just want your deposit money!
My experience at Benning Road property is awesome. The neighbors are great, and very quiet. The building is clean daily and the rental office staff are wonderful. I love it...2 thumbs up!!
I dont recommend these apartments when it comes to a problem they do not give a prompt solution to tenants problems specially after hours.
