Belcrest Plaza Apartments

We just moved in and had a great experience from the very beginning. The apartment was delivered in excellent condition—clean, freshly painted, with brand-new carpet and all appliances working perfectly. The location is very convenient, with easy walking access to the метrо, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and bus stops, which makes daily life much easier. Special thanks to Miguel for making the entire lease-start process smooth and stress-free. He was always attentive, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had along the way. We truly appreciate his support and professionalism. Highly recommend this place!

I had a very welcoming tour at here! The staff is very informative and helpful. I came in for a open house event there held and I had the best service from the front desk worker Miguel thanks for your patience and helping us understand the whole application process we are hoping for the best the apartments are nice and remodeled very nicely. Best service ever!!

The new management is doing an excellent job. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the maintenance team consistently goes above and beyond expectations. I have not experienced any issues with roaches or mice. I have been a resident for over seven years, and the property continues to be well maintained. There is on-site security, and the community is quiet and safe. During the recent snowstorm, management did a fantastic job clearing the snow—sidewalks and streets were accessible from the very first days. I highly recommend this community.

This apartment complex absolutely sucks. If you have bad credit or need something for the last resort it will work but other than that stay away. The rating being a 4.2 makes no sense, if you notice all the reviews mention “Miguel” because I assume he has people leaving positive reviews. The walls are thin, you can literally hear your neighbor coughing and their alarm going off. There is loud music playing all night. They are raising the rent with no sort of improvement to the apartment. The laundry units suck with only 2 machines with them barely working half the time. Every other apartment complexes in the area looks up to date and this place is just run down. I have one neighbor who is extremely creepy, and makes me feel uncomfortable, it is as if he waits until I leave to leave. Just s
