Langley Terrace

Great management, the manager is super friendly and helps when needed. The view outside with the trees is amazing! Great place to live.

I visited Langley Terrace on March 16 and met with Margaret Orlando, the property manager. She was very professional and gave me a detailed tour of the community. I was impressed with the way the community looked -- neatly manicured and no trash on the ground. The apartments looked nice and rental rates seemed fair in comparison to other communities in the neighborhood. Margaret's low key but informed approach was greatly appreicated -- I didn't feel like it was a hard sell to get me to sign a lease. . Since I was in the neighborhood looking at other properties, I decided to dirve through the community in the evening. I was impressed with the exterior lighting and I definitely felt comfortable when walking through the property. Langley Terrace is a place I would like to call home.

I’ve enjoyed living here for years and I must say the staff is amazing and accommodating. Any minor issues I had were quickly resolved. I recommend this apartment.

Langley Terrace is a clean property, they have a playground for the kids as they have SPS security monitoring the property and the officers are very helpful making you feel safe plus the maintenance are very attentive with any problems you might have , I highly recommend this property.

Langley Terrace is a wonderful place to live.The complex is very clean.The staff are always out doing maintenance to keep the community looking nice.The office staff from top down are wonderful people.They are very responsive. I suggest you look here. Great location and access to just about everything.
