I lived here for 1 year 6 months. Read full review. Overall I felt safe, cute area and nice walking path. As I reflect, the fire alarm went off multiple times so there were times in the middle of the night where I was standing outside, also the loud pool noise echo chamber into my apartment. At the end I attempted to get out of lease and they charged me over $2500 as outlined on lease. Even though they had found someone to take over. Solid place if you are looking for somewhere to stay less than 3 years but I wouldn’t expect anything exceptional, especially when they are called to really go out of their way for you. Continue to get everything in writing to ensure everyone is on the same page 👍🏾

I have lived at the Palette for well over a year now. This post is intended to recognize the hard work of the building maintenance workers and the property management team. The staff as a whole are always so warm and friendly. More importantly though, as a resident, I always feel like my needs are attended to quickly and professionally. One of the benefits of renting over owning one's home is that you are never financially responsible for repairs or maintenance. The Palette at Arts District makes reporting service requests easy on their website and they send out immediate and regular updates on a request. My daughter just moved into the Palette. This journey began in March of this year. The whole experience was very pleasant. The front office worked with us in ensuring all was smooth. Apartments are clean. Valet trash is convenient. Great residents. Awesome amenities. Secure garage. Very well maintained. Parking is spot on. So far… very pleased.

Shaunnie has been awesome since day one, very attentive, professional and friendly. She always goes above and beyond, hopefully she knows I appreciate her so much
