The inconsideration is enough for me! I called to schedule an appointment and they told me that I could come in before 5:30p I told her that I was an hour away and she said fine she'll let the lady know. That put me at arriving about 5:05p. I told her that and she said yes we close at 5:30p, so I proceeded to come after the hour drive, I arrived near the location at 5:10 p.m. and was so that they weren't able to show me anything because they were cleaning up and closing. I reminded her that I just spoke to her lesson an hour ago and she told me yeah that is fine, come and she'll let the lady know. I used to live in these apartments a couple years ago, I moved out but my family member still lives here. There was a constant leak in the bathroom that was never fully addressed. We called and went to the office multiple times to get it addressed but they never did unless we got the county involved, which we did on multiple occasions. The family member that currently still lives here has been dealing with the leak now for years. It’s gotten so bad and out of control. He has gone to the office multiple times and asked to get it fixed and shown them the photos, but they just don’t care. They only care about collecting the rent every month and the front desk employees, horrible to deal with or talk to. The leak has gotten so bad that it’s now traveling into other areas of the apartment. And

Save your 💰. Mice, roaches, cockroaches everywhere in every unit no matter how clean you are. Big rats running outside the buildings at night. It's not a place for kids to live that have asthma as well....lots of mold everywhere, especially all windows. Went 3 months with no hot water... they did not care. At least 3 days a week, your power will randomly turn off. There will be times you can't use your stove because gas is cut off due to a gas leak. People sleep in the hall, neighbors sweep cockroaches from their unit into the hallway, and a lot of smoking and loitering goes on in the hall. They also want 13 payments for a 12-month lease. These buildings need to be knocked down. There's no reason to be paying over 1,000 to live in filth.

I love this property , I have learned to enjoy different cultures that I have never been around. It has a very unique experience and I am very happy to be able to enjoy all the amenities that this property has to offer. I truly enjoy the leasing staff. They are awesome. The Maintenance team including Walter L. and his colleagues thus far are very professionals, dillegent, and most of all pay very much attention to the needs of the residents. I can truly say that this property is alot better then a few years back. Keep up the good work!!
