Just closed on buying my first home with Weichert Flemington’s own, Norman Zagadinow! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Norman was throughout the entire process. He was tenacious, attentive, kind, and eminently knowledgeable. In this market, you need a great realtor to find your next home. And I can say with confidence that Norman Zagadinow is the man for the job!

Absolutely the worst. Their realtors are really a nasty bunch. The one who was the agent for the new house was so nasty during an inspection that I was very close to walking away. Another that I contracted with last year to sell and buy for us wouldn’t show us any houses and then presented an offer where we had to move in 15 days. Keep looking for another agency us my best advice

I found a listing on Zillow that I liked and Ami Patel from Weichert Realtors reached out to me about it and sent me more listings, which I thought was nice of her. She told me I needed to complete an NTN report to see a listing I was interested in. I completed this report within 24 hours and then I was told the listing was no longer available. She told me that I “took forever” to fill it out after I asked her for a refund or reimbursement. She assured me that this report can be used for 90 days for any listing moving forward, but this is not the case for the listing I ended up with. Now, I paid this fee for no reason since I found a place to rent without using this report at all. She did not understand my frustration and did not want to help me any further. I was instructed to call the NT

Paula is GREAT! She sold us our home years ago and over the past 30 years has always been available to answer any of our questions regarding real estate, etc. Go with Paula!
