I was a buyer in a transaction where Kathryn Weber of Corcoran Sawyer Smith represented the seller. Although she was not my agent, my experience working through the listing side of this deal was disappointing. After the property went under contract, I moved forward in good faith and paid for inspections, legal fees, and made housing arrangements. The transaction ultimately fell apart from the seller’s side after significant time had passed, which resulted in unexpected costs and stress. I understand that real estate deals can change, but clearer communication and stronger coordination during the process would have made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I’m sharing my experience so future buyers are aware of how important communication and preparedness are during a transaction.

Mark was an incredible realtor from start to finish. He was professional, practical and honest. He make working with him a breeze and got us and offer above asking with no inspections 4 days after we put it on the market! He was on top of things every step of the way! He was at the house when I could not be due to work conflicts for anything that needed his support. He was timely and kind.
