Access Property Management

It’s so funny that when a person or a company in charge leaves, how people buzz about all the dirt that they were involved in. Kick backs, parties for only selected people, not returning funds to the clients but using them to give gifts….and the list goes on. I never knew any of this and the only complaint I had was laziness and polite brush offs when there was a problem. The lady who managed the property would say, “Thanks.” Or I’ll look in to that.” And of course you know how it ended. It ended the same way it started. No change. I would not recommend this company because they are not progressive, they don’t listen, and there is no follow through. I must commend KATHLEEN, the associate we had the express pleasure of helping us through our problem. What a God send! Besides being a very professional associate, she stuck with us through the whole process of getting us hooked up to the portal. She explained our questions and was so helpful. I have lived in this development for over 30 years and since Lauren Sandford has been the property manager of this community the organization is run efficiently and all details for the community are handled in a professional and timely manner. Of course there are some disgruntled owners but most of them are people that complain to complain because they just want to have their way and do not think about the community itself.Lauren is a excellent worker,, detailed in approach, prioritizing work based on what is required, always willing to assist each individual owner to the best of her ability.
