The Residences at Raritan Town Square

I just spent the weekend visiting my daughter, and I’m extremely upset about the experience. Throughout my stay, the upstairs neighbor was repeatedly stomping loudly from 8 PM to 3 AM, making it nearly impossible to rest. My daughter told me she has reported this issue to the office multiple times, but nothing has changed. It’s incredibly disappointing that someone would continue this behavior, and even more troubling that management has failed to take meaningful action. Based on this experience, I would not recommend living here.

Beautiful Apartments! Feels as though I am living in a Posh Hotel!

The apartment is very spacious and the floors are beautiful. The kitchen has more storage than I know what to do with. The island in the kitchen reminds me of the ones in the best kitchen designs on HGTV. I feel very safe here and that means a lot to me. I love that there is a package room for deliveries so that nothing gets stolen. Overall best decision I could have made on where to move to now that I am nearing retirement age.

Nick and Joe are fantastic but they don’t have enough help. Also- the owners won’t give me a physical key to access the building even after we lost power AND the keypads were fried so we couldn’t get into the building. Having an app vs a physical key sounds like a good idea but it has a lot of flaws.

The Residences at Raritan Town Square is a beautiful place to live. Nick provided an excellent customer service, from virtual tour to move in process. Moving from California wasn’t easy but he made sure to provide us an accurate information and a lot to mention any helpful assistance necessary. He has done whatever it takes to make sure our concerns was fixed in an efficient and timely manner. Joe, he is super! He rescued whatever building related issues we need. Team actually deserve a 7🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
