The Willows at Flemington Junction North

Called multiple times no answer. I filled out an application went to turn it in to the leasing office and there was a sign on the door saying closed today go across the street leasing office is open. When I rang the doorbell no one answered set outside for 30 minutes still no one answered, called left messages, and left an application in the mailbox. No one has returned my calls and I have an application with my personal information in a mailbox with no response. I would say this place is very unprofessional.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. RUNAWAY FAST!!!! They WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING OR ASSIST WITH ISSUES BUT WILL RUN AFTER YOU IF THEY WANT MONEY. They break their end of the lease agreement on a regular basis. The regional manager Tania Brown is an absolute nightmare, a complete liar, and is very belittling when dealing with tenants. I’ll start off with the fact that a good majority of the reviews are by people who are not even tenants at the willows. Next, there is mold. And a lot of it. Multiple tenants have become very ill as well. The office as well as management has been completely aware of the mold issues. These are only 5 year old apartments and most have had mold within two years. My mold started after my AC has never worked properly the entire time I’ve lived here. They patch it

Beautiful apartments lovely neighborhood, it’d be peaceful if they kept the old management in the office. the new people harass and threaten to evict everybody over silly things (leaving garbage along side a full dumpster, decorating your porch, kids leaving a bike out) even sent out false letters to a bunch of people stating we never paid the rent. trying to put single moms and families out of their home because of the rent cap. lost me and my babies private information (socials, birth certificates, signed legal documents), and to top it off there’s roaches.

Willows North and South is a very glorious place to live.It's a sanctuary of people, who are most definitely being strongly affected by,"The Hand of GOD!"GOD bless ALL those on Ms.Kiera's Team to whom aid in making it a ,"Holy Sanctuary!" Amen!

SUPER thin walls. you can hear your neighbor easily. the apartments are spacious and allow dogs. they are all new. But corporate sucks. no one answers the office phone. your only way of contact is email... and it takes forever for things to get fixed. There are some real disrespectful people living here who dont care for and appreciate their community, leaving the place looking like trash. Corporate clearly does not care no matter how many complaints residents and the managers give to them. The turn over of management is crazy too. ive seen about 3-4 managers since i have moved in October 2017....
