So there are people who walk their dogs and call HOA to get car towed. Also anything they see that they don’t like in front of your house they will report.Be aware if it’s your plan on moving here.i stayed here for a few months and the neighbors welcomed me by calling a tow truck. The little lady literally waited for me to come in my house ( she watched me and my husband) and Then we got a knock on the door BY TOW truck driver.

This HOA just extorted my parents, who are retirees on a fixed income, out of $200 cash this morning because my mom's car inspection was due in October... 5 days ago. No warning was given. Previously they put a sticker on cars and even then, those were cars way past due. Not 5 days past due. And of course on a Sunday when she cant even go get the inspection done. This is not even something the police would ticket (and can confirm because the police were called and agreed the HOA was being ridiculous). But the only way to not have the car towed was to pay $200.
