My husband and I have had the best experience working with Lazarus at Traditions West Brandywine. It is a tough decision to move from our home of more than 20 years but deciding to move to a TOA community made downsizing not just easier but truly fun and exciting. The process is pressure free as they let you take your time looking at models and carefully explain the entire building process. We are looking forward to becoming new TOA home owners in early 2022!!
Having decided to downsize again, we found Traditions of America at West Brandywine. The decision was then easy. With the help of Lazarus, we picked a beautiful home. Now the fun decisions get to be made. So many gorgeous choices of finishes and extras available. We can’t wait to move in!
The neighbors are really nice here. Construction is questionable. Getting fixes completed takes forever. Promises are not kept. Don't believe the reviews. Most of them are not real people living here. TOA services are terrible here. Repairs take forever and many many times to get completed correctly.
So far it has been a great experience buying our new home. All questions are answered, always welcomed when we visit the site and never rushed out the door. We are looking forward to continuing down this path with the Traditions of America Brandywine staff!!!!
Everyone was very nice and Welcoming! Janet was great at explaining everything about this beautiful development. They gave you all the time you wanted to go through the 5 different sample houses.
