Norwood House Apartments

I have lived here for almost 8 years and my mother has been here for over 30 years. I have to say that living here has been a privilege the staff and management are amazing and they have contest for a lot of holidays and very family oriented. Very nice and quiet and pet friendly very nice pool and work out fitness room. They also have laundry room facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a great . When you need anything fixed or repaired or replaced they don’t hesitate to get all taken care of. All I can say is that this is a wonderful community to live here.

I lived at Norwood House Apartments for almost 5 years and found it lovely. The interior was modern and all appliances worked well. The amount of closet space provided (huge walk in closet in the bedroom, two in the living room, and one in the hallway) is hard to find in any other apartment. The complex was well maintained with friendly staff in the office and on the maintenance team. Neighbors were all respectful and kind. The location of the complex was phenomenal for commuting and routine shopping being situated right next to the on-ramp for Route 30. It is a very easy walk, or quick drive, to the downtown area as well as local parks and walking trails. I highly recommend this apartment complex and will greatly miss it!

We have been here a little less than a year. We have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The people who live here are decent and friendly. The maintenance is outstanding. As soon as there is even a small problem they come and fix it in a timely fashion. Colleen at the office has always been extremely professional yet also very friendly and welcoming. She helped me get a first floor apartment because I am disabled. I am extremely grateful for this. I have not tried to pool out yet but I will be very soon. The grass is always cut on a set schedule and the shrubbery is very well maintained. I feel that I live in a safe environment and that gives me comfort.
