River Station

River Station Apartments has been an amazing place to call home. The staff have impeccable communication and are always professional, friendly, and outgoing. From the first day, they made the entire process smooth and stress free. The community is well maintained, welcoming, and filled with great neighbors. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention the team gives to residents. This is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful community with outstanding service.

Stopped 0n Saturday 11.15.25 talking to representative name MADLIE was very pleasant and helpful. Prices are little bit higher and VIP LOUNGE closes at 10pm.but great thing is great community and new apartments. Other guys should check it out.

As Donut & I approach our third year living here, we have mixed experiences and question whether to renew. The community is soo friendly, but a resident needs to initiate to develop friendships. The office does some small events every few months where they offer food. The main frustration, the limited parking and never-ending “process development” to figure out parking lot logistics. We pay rent, therefore, we should be entitled to parking near our apartment… Now that the food service traffic is increasing, Hankin refuses to initiate a system to prioritize resident’s parking. Unless you would like to pay their parking garage fee - with numerous problems included. If I’m paying rent to live somewhere, why would I park in the overflow lot? We really like it here! The apartments are spacious and modern. There are great walking trails for dogs. Any repairs or maintenance needs have always been taken care of quickly. Management is so kind and welcoming. They are eager to help with anything you may need. They even host small events to promote community among residents, which is really nice. One thing that I will mention for apartment seekers is that there is a sewer smell outside that often becomes more noticeable in the evenings. I don't think that the sewer smell is within River Station's control though.

No major qualms. The property feels like home only after 2 months of living here. Nature is at your fingertips here and I am truly enjoying accessing the surrounding trails. Other than the occasional smell of fecal matter, maybe 4-5 times a week around 6-8 pm at night because of the adjacent waste plant, River Station is a great addition to Downingtown. I wish I had done a little research about the area before moving in but was a great last minute find. I look forward to continuing my lease here and send my thanks to the responsive team at River Station for making us feel at home. 2 years in and I am comfortable and happy a here. We did just renew and then they started construction. There could be more transparency on what the game plan is so we can expect a building up first or parking l
