Caln East Apartments

We've been living here for over three years and couldn't be happier. This is a budget-friendly community in an awesome, quiet neighborhood. The apartments may be older, but they are full of charm and very well maintained. What truly sets this place apart is the top-notch maintenance team—they are incredibly responsive and have never failed to amaze us with their prompt service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to call home.

I stayed at Caln East apartment for 3 years and I can say it’s great place to rent in Downingtown area . First of all location is very convenient since Wegmans , BJ’s , restaurants, Home Depot , Wawa gas station and many more stores are just 2-5 minutes from this place . Community is maintained very well and apartment units are well equipped. I want to give huge shoutout to maintenance services and maintenance personnel at this property as they respond to almost all requests in no time which was huge plus point for residents . I definitely recommend this place for long term if you’re looking to rent in this area .

I love this development! Staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance requests are handled usually by the next day. I was very impressed when I moved in that my apartment was so clean and spacious and rent is affordable. They also have fun contests where you can win prizes like a gift card. Buildings are nicely painted and the grounds are well cared for. The balconies/patios are roomy. Each building has 2 washers and 2 dryers that are at the most, 1 flight away. Each building only has 9 apartments, so the machines are almost always available. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

Lived here for a little over two years. This place is very quite and clean all the time. The staff is also great and helpful. Maintenance is generally done on the same day. Highly recommend it.

Marie, the supervisor receptionist, is rude. It’s interested that their calls are recorded for quality assurance, they should really listen to the phone calls she answers. Not only did she interrupt me ONCE, when I asked her not to and called her out for her lack of politeness in a public service job, she proceeded to interrupt me a SECOND time. Amazing how rude some people are. Wasn’t even worth going past the first step of calling to find out more information due to Marie. Awful experience.
