This was a very difficult time to sell the family home. Before I called We Buy Houses RVA. I had called another company and got a very low offer price. But from the time I spoke to Alex to come and look at my parents home to the time we closed, he was very professional and extremely easy to work with. Working with Mr. Martin was a good experience. I tried to go the route of a big organization but a more personal experience was needed, where I dealt with one person only. Alex was straightforward, fair, and respectful throughout the entire process. We had a couple of setbacks with closing date etc… to the fault of neither of us in my opinion, but Alex worked diligently to get on on track. He kept I touch with updates and tried to give/find answers for each of my concerns. All in all this was an easy and very fair experience for me and I would highly recommend Mr. Martin to anyone in position to sell.

My family needed to sell our fathers home asap to avoid further Mort. payments. We found this co. on line in RVA. We got 3 offers from these type of Co's bc the house needed a lot of cosmetic work(new kitchen & 2 bath redo's plus!) We worked w/Alex @ We Buy Houses RVA, and he was GREAT! The offer was fair. He explained how he got the offer amt. They paid ALL closing & fees. We closed w/in 30 days of initial offer! He was generous to give us extra days to get our things moved out. And we left all old clothing, furniture and trash for the buyer to dispose of! That was a huge relief. COULDN'T HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE!
