I can easily say without a shadow of a doubt that I would never hire Real Property Management Richmond. My property was never managed properly and the photos attached is how it was given back to me. I paid for 12 months of service that I never received. For all home owners, please reach out to another company if you can help it.

I would never in my life recommend renting from them. There is so much wrong with this company they only communicate though text or email. They do NOT answer all of my emails. The have receptionists only answering. The sink is clearly broken and the floor in the kitchen and small hallway I have has paint on it . Simple fixes that they refuse to fix it because they say it’s a cosmetic issue so it’s as it is and all the blinds that came with my house are either broken or yellow like extra dirty and in one room it’s no blinds that’s another thing I have to buy mold in my tub and they came to fix it but did one line and it’s still mold in the tub. dead roaches everywhere. The fridge is broke. So much trash in my backyard. Marks on all on the floor. I didn’t get new or clean flooring. Mold in b

I’ve had a great experience working with Real Property Management Richmond Metro. From start to finish, the team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication has always been clear, and any questions or concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. Extremely disappointed with our experience regarding our security deposit. After moving out, RPM deducted $375 for “gutter cleaning” without providing any invoice, receipt, photos, date of service, or vendor information. This was especially frustrating because we had the gutters professionally cleaned prior to move-out and submitted the receipt as part of a formal dispute. Despite following all required steps and submitting documentation over two months ago, we have received no resolution, no response to the dispute, and no meaningful communication. Repeated calls and emails to the office have gone unanswered, and when we have reached staff by phone, they were unable to provide any updates. The absolute worse property management company I’ve ever come across. They have poor communication, they will take advantage of every dollar you have, unreasonable and unprofessional. I cleaned up after moving out and they charged me almost $700 in cleaning and maintenance fees. I scrubbed down everything and took photos of it being spotless after getting my furniture out but someone it was still “dirty.” They charged me almost $400 to paint 2 walls and patch “holes” when the only holes were from mounting 1 tv. The residence is awful didn’t even let me tour the place until after I paid for a unit that looked nothing like the photos. They never reached out about paying for the cleaning fees so now I’m paying a 3rd party app I moved out in January paid my last month of rent and they changed
