Harbor Village Apartments

I recently toured this apartment complex and was extremely impressed! From the moment I walked in, Zaria customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took their time explaining everything while answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The quality of the apartments looked amazing. The layouts were spacious, modern, and very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping the property clean and in great condition. The amenities were definitely a highlight of the tour! Everything from the common areas to the resident features looked well cared for and convenient for everyday living. Overall, the tour left a great impression, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new place to live to check them out!

I lived there through a 15 month contract. My experience was great! Maintenance was very knowledgeable and responsive to anything that needed to be fixed. The office staff were always very helpful and friendly. I liked the many community events they hosted. My neighbor was a bit annoying but that can happen anywhere. Great amenities, I loved the pool and the gym! The walking trail is a great plus and I also loved having a fenced playground for the kids.

Live here for about 12 months, place is great for the price, the only downsides are that the electric is not great so any abnormal weather flickers the power regularly, the door has a significant gap at the bottom which allows bugs to crawl into the apartment and the exhuast vent that leads to the outside has no grill on it so bugs are constantly in the vent, some vents can't be closed so these bugs constantly crawl into the apartment. Since I moved in I've seen 3 centipedes, 4 cockroaches, 2 spiders, and about 8 silverfish all congregated around the vent entrances to each room. They will tell you the cockroach thing has been taken care of but all they do is send an exterminator to spray instead of actually fixing the issue by fixing the gaps between the doors and floor alongside the exh

Ari was awesome! I had some personal stuff going on and she was able to accommodate for them and get me all straight with my new place! I'm very excited and looking forward to working with them
