Hey, just wanted to say Coral was the best. She was very nice, considerate and professional. The tour we had today was by far one of the best tours Ive had touring an apartment community. I toured this property a while back and am just now getting around to leaving reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. When my boyfriend and I arrived, the leasing agent—who I believe may have been Erica, based on the name listed in all the marketing emails I received prior to the tour—didn’t greet us. Instead, she held up a finger to signal us to wait while she finished her task. She never gave us a business card, so I can’t say for sure if that was her name. Once she was ready, we let her know we had a scheduled tour, but it didn’t actually begin until about 10 minutes later, which felt unprofessional. I've been living here for over 7 months and it has been absolutely amazing. Great community, many recreational areas/pool, no pests nor roaches, great response rate to whatever needs to be fixed. This place is definitely worth its price.

I had an amazing tour with Coral! I went to see the Ginter floor plan. From the beautiful light fixtures, to the incredible amenities, I was in awe. Not just from the complex, but the level of professionalism upheld by Coral was above and beyond. I recommend anyone to come in and take a look at this gorgeous luxury apartment complex!

I just moved in and so far my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Imani and Lauren made the leasing process very easy. I was moving from across country so Imani did a walk through of the apartment in advance by video which was very helpful. Buck and Jacob on the maintenance team have also been very helpful from bringing me a furniture cart to help move in, to showing me where things are located on the grounds and finally installing a ceiling fan in the second bedroom at my request. All in all just great people to work with it.
