I'm a first time home buyer and hired him on recomendation frol my realtor. He's like a living code book, I couldn't have asked for a better inspection. As a young guy I don't have the best attention span so the color coded report also helps me get an idea of what issues needed to be fixed before purchasing. I don't mean to sound like a bot review, but its not often that the service you require is simply delivered exactly as advertised.

He was very thorough with his inspection of a prospective home I was looking to buy and made sure he walked me through the entire home pointing out everything that needed attention.
