Very beautiful and clean community in the perfect location! I toured with Fabrina and she eagerly took my walk in tour after my last tour cancelled. I’m so happy they cancelled because I love the unit I applied for and I’m so excited to move in!

Fabrina is AMAZING! She was patient and answered all of my questions. She was knowledgable of the property. She is the definition of exemplified customer service. I was overwhelmed due to traffic and arriving late to my appointment but she calmed us and was understanding and flexible with still providing a great tour. The property is safe, quiet, and perfect place to call home.

I toured with Fabrina this past Sunday and had the most amazing experience. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with all my questions throughout the tour. I really liked the living/dining, kitchen area that were spacious and loved the open floor plans. Prices were reasonable and within my budget. Definitely on the top of my list !

I am a resident of this apartment and have been living here for about 2 months. Without even hearing me out, or thinking to consider my side, I was issued a lease violation for “speeding” in the parking garage. I was entering the complex when a construction worker and maintenance personnel were in the road, directly in front of me. They continuously continued to talk, walked extremely slowly, and I could not get by them. I beeped my horn, they moved, and I even gave them a “thank you waive” for allowing me to pass by. As a result of this, management issued me a lease violation and said that I was speeding in the garage. This property advertises itself as a “pet-friendly community,” but our experience has not reflected that. We have a well-trained Labrador — a widely recognized family-friendly breed — and we consistently follow all community rules. However, even completely normal dog behavior — such as being excited for a walk — is often met with visible discomfort. There have also been situations where a child excitedly approaches our dog, which naturally increases our dog’s excitement. Instead of this being understood as normal interaction in a dog-friendly community, it feels as though the dog is viewed as the problem. In a community that markets itself as pet-friendly, residents should reasonably expect to see dogs and normal, harmless excitement. That comes with the territory. Not everyone loves do
