The Gateway Chastain Apartments

We’ve been at Gateway Chastain for almost three months now and couldn't be happier. David, Tiara, Naomi and Bobby have been incredibly attentive and helpful as we settled in; they’ve become almost family! The location is perfect as we are within walking distance to several restaurants, a bookstore, a liquor store and even a Trader Joe’s! The atmosphere here is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place in Atlanta.

I absolutely love these apartments . The property is clean I’ve never seen a bug , well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The entry/ security is top notch. The neighbors are respectful, and the location is amazing close to everything . The office staff are extremely kind and maintenance request are handled quick sometimes in the same day ! My biggest issue is the frequent fire alarms. They go off way too often it’s extremely unacceptable, it’s disruptive and very stressful for my dog. Overall, it’s a great community, but the alarm issue needs to be addressed SERIOUSLY!!

Naomi is the BEST!! She spent over an hour showing me the place and making sure I saw all of my options! My move in process was seamless and she was such a big help throughout the entire process! It is great to know I have such a great person a few feet away to help with anything I ever need at Gateway! Thank you SO much Naomi :)

Next week will mark one year since I became a resident at Gateway Chastain, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, my leasing agent, David, made the entire move-in process seamless even as it took place during a snowstorm. Throughout the process, I had numerous questions, phone calls, and emails, and David consistently responded with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and welcoming. Any minor issue that has arisen since my move-in has been addressed promptly by David and the team. I would highly recommend Gateway Chastain to anyone seeking a well-managed community with outstanding customer service and convenience all around.

Great apartment complex if you want to feel like you’re living in a social experiment. Amazing fire alarms that go off for hours, sometimes days on end (3 is the record!). Loud parties with music in the summer, very obnoxious even though they claim to have a “headphone policy” for the pool. Would not recommend to anyone with small children, pets, the elderly, or heart conditions. There is no emergency help on weekend or holidays. Heed the warning folks!
