Special thanks to Adonis and his team of wonderful staff at Avail! Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed catching up with our new neighbors at the valentines event, not to mention the extra care put in to move-in week to make sure we are settled in and comfortable! We really enjoyed the extra care and attention that Alina put in for us during not only the tour, but also checking up regularly to make sure that everything is going well. Melanie has been such a big help especially with move-in day, not to mention handling the little things that do came up!

Overall my experience has been positive. The apartment representatives are helpful and professional, and they try their best to address concerns when they come up. Communication is generally good and the property is maintained well. Like any community there’s always room for improvement, but the team has been respectful and willing to assist when needed.

I truly want to thank Melanie and Adonis for making this experience so smooth and pleasant. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and were genuinely great people to work with. I really appreciate their support and positive energy, and I’m grateful to have worked with such a wonderful team. Highly recommend!

Be AWARE!! They will fraudulently bill you for admin fees just for tour!! I only met with leasing agent Melanie once to view a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment to see if it was a great fit for me. Immediately upon seeing the room/ unit / formally extended stay room. I knew this wasn't what I was looking for. I kindly completed the tour and left. Attn Avail!!! Please have someone remove the this from under my name ASAP. Thank you
