Brightwater Homes built our house in Sweet Apple subdivision in Milton in 2020/2021. Everyone from Brightwater was focused on delivering a unique high quality home. There were some ups and downs, but in the final analysis we are very pleased with the product and would absolutely use them again. On the up side, the people were truly geared up to working with us on designing and then building a high quality home. Brightwater homes has done an excellent job with our home. Frank Nicholson, the on-site builder is always there for us and responsive when anything needs to be addressed. With customer service at an all time low, you'd never know it if you have been working with Brightwater Homes, and their team. Builder, Frank Nicholson, was on-site and so very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Plus, he went beyond what most builders would do. Wynn Tierney was also always available to answer questions at all hours of the day and evening. What should have been an extremely stressful time in my life, proved to be quite the opposite. I bought a Brightwater home in August of this year. I am so in love with the detail, design and construction of my new home. The finishes in the home are exquisite as well! Wynn and Mike were outstandingly accommodating and responsive to all and any requests. I think the urgency to make sure all of my needs were met blew me away the most.
