Highland Park Atlanta

We absolutely love, love, LOVE, living here at Highland Park! The apartments are spacious, and well maintained and we love the roommate floorplan! The managers, especially Paige, are absolutely awesome! The property is clean, quaint, and quiet, even on the weekends! Something that REALLY impresses us is that the gates ALWAYS work! I would have given Highland Park five stars, however, a couple of employees on the maintenance team are unfortunately, not up to par with the rest of the team!

Amazing facility, with a warm inviting community! The staff are always very polite and are extremely helpful. Paige is an awesome manager and really cares about the tenants! The pool is well kept and all of the amenities are top tier! If you looking for a place to live in Sandy springs I’d highly recommend this place!

The leasing agent was great! She had great customer service and the community was perfect. But the ai application would not let me identify myself so I couldn’t even apply to the community. I was sad about that. I even called the 100 customer service and they took everything off my profile and I still wasn’t able to verify my identity.

We are deeply grateful to Highland Park and its management for allowing my wife and me to celebrate our wedding in their beautiful event hall. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Thank you to the entire Highland Park team for helping make our special day truly unforgettable

As a new Apartment Locator with Urban Luxe Properties, it is important get to know the leasing agents in our area and it was such a genuine pleasure to meet Courtnay at Highland Park Apartments. She was patient and kind with me and my client- and so knowledgeable!!! We enjoyed our tour and this property is at the top of my clients list. I will definitely be bringing more clients to Highland Park Apartments. It is such a quaint, quiet, and homey environment. 🙂
