Wayfarer Apartments + Marina

We just moved into this charming community and couldn't be happier. Viola showed us the perfect unit, and she must have read our minds, as it was the only one we saw anywhere, and quickly applied. Anthony then led us through the steps to make it our home. Thanks for all your great support, Anthony! We look forward to working with Anthony and Viola during our time here, and hope to.meet the rest of the crew, more of our friendly neighbors, and checking out the many amenities.

The complex and location are top-notch, however, management is not timely with repairs. The residents pay a lot to live in this building and that comes with the expectation that issues are addressed timely. The tennis court fence was damaged during a storm in January 2025 and the building has yet to provide any substantial update and it’s been nearly 4 months. If any other amenities need repair in the future expect a significant wait time. Update Nov25: fence was repaired and all amenities are in good condition. 4/5 stars due to the significant wait time. Otherwise no complaints.

I lived here for a year and have loved the Wayfarer but also been disappointed at times. I’d say a great experience here and would definitely recommend it. I’m going to tell you my honest evaluation. I’m gonna start with cons because that’s what you’re here for Cons: - this place is thieves alley!! THIEVES. anything left unattended will get stolen. Bikes will get stolen. The common amenities area was completely robbed - an elderly woman was physically assaulted within the property and the property did not alert us (but otherwise I felt safe) - Staff can be inconsiderate, however, big kudos to Jordan. He is amazing! - airbnb/Vrbo (despite being banned), the amenities are often abused by rentals and locals. - dog waste everywhere - charged $450 to clean after you move out (even if it’s alre

Far away from the city, very quiet. At night, you can see the sky full of stars and the full moon. The peace of mind is more important than anything else. With the arrival of autumn, the beach seems to be quieter. The overall feeling is that it is quiet and safe. Of course, this is closely related to strict management. In addition, everyone's high-quality work plays a key role. In short, a good environment is the result of everyone's efforts.

Wayfarer is a quiet community with lovely amenities . The leasing office staff is amazing. Love it here. So glad we made the move to Wayfarer Apartments and Marina.
