Waters Edge at Marina Harbor

We’ve been living at Waters Edge for just one week and we already love it! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and so well-kept — everything feels fresh, clean, and welcoming. There’s so much to do here, and the neighbors we’ve met have been amazing, which makes it feel like home right away. A special shout-out to Jordan and Latoya — they’re truly exceptional! Both are incredibly professional, energetic, and clearly love what they do. They made our move-in process so smooth and were always there to answer questions and support us with anything we needed. The whole team here is super helpful, which makes such a difference when you’re moving into a new place. Marvin, the maintenance professional, was fantastic — he jumped right in on our first day and provided us with some tools. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

I just wanted to say how much I love the free kayaking — it’s truly become one of my favorite ways to unwind. Whether it’s after a long day or on the weekend, it brings me so much peace and helps me feel connected to nature. I also really appreciate all the improvements the community has made since i moved in. Having staff at the dock now makes such a difference — it’s so much easier than walking up to resident services. There used to be a lot of sea lions around, which made getting in and out of the kayaks a bit intimidating, but now with people there to help, it feels much safer and more enjoyable. This is an update of my experience at Marina Harbor Apartments since my last review six months ago. The property does stand up to the test of time. The Residence Services team has always dealt with my regular maintenance requests promptly. There are nearly daily notifications about everything big and small happening within the property, like the presence of food trucks and road closures for tree trimming. But, to me, what separates Marina Harbor from all other apartment properties in Marina del Rey is its wide range of amenities. The complex offers more swimming pools, spas, and tennis courts than any other apartment complex in the neighborhood. There is not one, but two fitness centers to choose from. Waters edge is an amazing community. Some residents having long history in the neighborhood and some younger just moving in to enjoy the setting and ambiance of the marina. Along with the beauty comes the amazing staff here, pristine management, friendly custodial team and leasing agents who go above and beyond. If you ever think of moving here , don’t give up the opportunity.

The Trader Joe’s boat shuttle is amazing! Varouj is an amazing captain and made the whole experience extremely smooth and the enjoyable. Can’t reccomend him enough!
