Waves MDR is like a breath of fresh air. The building and its exterior is beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the docks are especially peaceful it’s such a special place to unwind and enjoy the water. A big thank you to Chase, the dock master, who does an excellent job keeping everything organized, safe, and welcoming. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. Overall, Waves MDR offers a clean, serene environment with a team that genuinely cares about the community. Highly recommend!

Amazing. I lived at Waves for a year and a half and had an epic experience. The staff is so nice and maintenance is very helpful. It’s a dream luxury life with seals for neighbors. This complex is a secure retreat from LA that makes you feel like you’re on vacation 24/7. Highly recommended.

As boaters, we truly appreciate the fantastic facilities here. However, what made our experience exceptional was Dockmaster Chase. He is the epitome of great customer service. His impeccable organization meant that the leasing process was seamless, and his proactive attention to detail (he even helped with lines during our first docking) made our time at Waves incredibly easy and enjoyable. He's always friendly and willing to help. A special note: the docks, though not the newest, are extremely well-maintained and tidy. We highly recommend this marina!

I lived here for three years and, overall, it’s been a positive experience. The good: • The location is fantastic. • The apartments feel modern, although the one-bedroom layout is on the smaller side. • Maintenance staff are friendly and very responsive. • Security is solid and makes the building feel safe. • Yoga classes outside are wonderful The not so good: • The pool and deck area furniture are in in constant disrepair — broken furniture, broken umbrellas, etc. • The mobile app lock system is unreliable and will lock you out (They also never finished repainting my front door after sanding it down to install the lock.) • Significant footstep noise from the upstairs neighbors can interrupt your sleep • Expect the maximum rent increase every year!
